Match Stars

Each
child can earn up to 7 match stars a year

There
will be 6 “levels” that include a set of skills that need to be demonstrated
to receive a match star. The 7th star is reserved for all
wrestlers that make league and make weight there.

Week one skills are the
forward shoulder roll, duck and lift, the back arch, spin drill (top and
bottom) and pummeling.

When new levels are
announced they will be posted on the website and announced at practice.
